I know that this text will not have practical use but it is something that I feel since the deepest of my entrails and brain that I must write.

Many of you know Quique Santander’s figure (especially you Quique that you are not reading me now). He is chief/manager of Triumph Operation (Big Excrement Operation for his detractors what not detritus). This good man has to good every week evaluate the capacity and advance of the players, and for it he uses of metaphors: " You imagine that you are trees. Well you, God's Rantamplan, are like a weeping willow … ". Evidently "God's Rantamplan" is not a real player, it is a pseudonym of which I have use me for not to mention the name of anybody, and “weeping willow” is an example of flora like it could be any other plant which I do not want to humiliate comparing it with the masked "God's Rantamplan".

Now I become more personal.
Quique, your metaphors are between bad and dreadful. I say it to you seriously and with all my heart, if my heart should speak. Your comparisons are easy and populist of a puerile simplicity. I do not believe that you should continue with them, though you should strain very much, I do not see you future in this field. How would I explain it to you for you should understand it well?. Ah, yes. Quique imagines that you are a little boy whose major illusion in his life is to play the violin, to be a great soloist of this instrument. Your desires are immense, your anxieties of progress are enormous. You are employed loudly at it, devote yourself in body and soul to dominate the violin. Good, you see it, truth?. Now imagine, also, that you are one-handed up to the shoulder.
